Contracts Manager – Construction Asbestos (Leinster)

About the role

The Contracts Manager will lead the safe, compliant and profitable delivery of construction contracts across the roofing and asbestos removal sectors in the Leinster region. This client‑facing position involves travelling between sites, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the tender and commercial team with site assessments, programme input and delivery methodology.
• Take ownership of contract delivery from mobilisation through to close‑out, including scheduling, resourcing, compliance and quality reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams and external parties such as clients, principal contractors, certifiers, HSA, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive adoption of the JobLogic platform, ensuring all jobs are documented, QA/QC records are maintained and controls are applied.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, programme adherence, communication and commercial control across domestic and commercial asbestos and roofing contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction contracts end‑to‑end, preferably in specialist contracting.
• Extensive background in the roofing and asbestos sectors.
• Strong site‑operations capability, including programme planning, sequencing, logistics and coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management with clients, subcontractors and third parties.
• High standards of documentation, communication and follow‑through.
