Contracts Officer – 18‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Contracts Officer will support Airbus Flight Hour Services and its affiliates by managing the day‑to‑day administration of contract portfolios. Based in Dublin’s IFSC, you will work closely with internal and global teams to ensure contracts are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts entered into by Airbus Financial Services and its subsidiaries.
• Review documentation, prepare spreadsheets and input data into internal systems to generate invoices and credit notes.
• Follow up overdue amounts and liaise with managers in Dublin, Toulouse and other locations.
• Prepare regular reports for heads of department and senior management.
• Identify system enhancements, update procedures and implement solutions.
• Monitor compliance risks and act with integrity.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or experience in finance, aviation or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliable, decisive and able to meet deadlines.
• Clear communicator, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
