Contracts Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Project Manager to lead daily construction operations, primarily focused on window and door installations across diverse projects. This hands‑on position requires strong leadership, problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of installers, ensuring high performance and a positive workplace.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule work to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and guarantee material availability.
• Interact directly with customers, address queries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an operations or management role, preferably within construction.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of windows & doors installation.
• Extensive carpentry/joinery experience.
