Control Room Operator – Night Shift (Naas, Co. Kildare)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Control Room Operator to join our night‑shift team in Naas. You will work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven control centre, monitoring alarms, CCTV and tracking systems to protect people and property across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor alarm, CCTV and tracking systems in real time and respond to incidents.
• Dispatch emergency services and mobile patrols when required.
• Carry out regular staff welfare checks from the control room.
• Record and update activity reports accurately and promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients and external partners.
• Ensure all company procedures and policies are strictly followed.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of verifiable work experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Strong IT and administrative abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional attitude.
• Team‑player mindset; experience in an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) or similar control‑room environment is an advantage.
