Corporate Account Manager

About the role

The Corporate Account Manager will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the sales administration team. This position focuses on nurturing existing client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the vehicle leasing market.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with existing customers and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Maintain current business and maximise new business opportunities.
• Respond efficiently and professionally to sales enquiries, primarily from existing clients.
• Prepare accurate quotations, submit them on time, and ensure thorough follow‑up and reporting.
• Process new vehicle orders and complete all standard sales documentation.
• Provide customers with regular delivery updates and arrange collection or delivery of new and end‑of‑lease vehicles.
• Arrange formal and informal lease extensions where appropriate.
• Monitor vehicle mileage against contract terms and advise customers of any significant variances.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders meet client specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive sector, preferably in vehicle leasing.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and taxation rules.
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong numeracy, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Effective time‑management and the ability to work independently.
• Strong qualification, closing and follow‑up skills.
• Solution‑oriented approach.
• Clean and valid driving licence.
