Corporate & Business Strategy Senior Associate

About the role

Strategy& is PwC’s global strategy consulting business, helping large multinational clients in Ireland solve complex problems and capture growth opportunities. As a Senior Associate you will join a diverse, high‑performing team that works flexibly to deliver strategic advice across corporate, growth, market entry and M&A domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design 3‑5 year corporate, growth and market entry strategies for client organisations.
• Conduct commercial due‑diligence engagements for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Scope projects, lead analytical work and own delivery of client deliverables.
• Oversee junior team members, provide coaching and ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to shape project direction and client communication.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to craft data‑driven narratives.
• Proactive, curious attitude with ownership of work streams from start to finish.
• Strong analytical mindset and demonstrable financial modelling experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
