Corporate Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join a fast‑growing Irish company’s transactions team. The role offers direct exposure to acquisitions, disposals, financing activities and close collaboration with senior leadership. You will work on a variety of high‑impact projects that drive value and growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of acquisitions, disposals and financing transactions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, investment analyses and performance forecasts.
• Assist with due‑diligence processes and manage data flow and documentation for live deals.
• Create presentations, internal papers and investor materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to gather insights for transaction work.
• Liaise with external advisors, lenders and investors throughout deal lifecycles.
• Monitor financial obligations and covenant compliance of active financing structures.
• Identify and implement process improvements and contribute to ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• ACA or CFA qualified with 0‑3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Training or experience at a Big 4 or Top 10 professional services firm.
• Background in corporate finance, transaction services, investment, tax, transfer pricing or restructuring is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse qualitative information.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
