Corporate Finance Associate

About the role

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing Irish company’s newly created transactions sub‑team. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining direct exposure to a broad range of corporate finance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of acquisitions, disposals, and financing activities.
• Assist in developing financial models, investment analysis, and performance forecasts.
• Contribute to due‑diligence efforts and manage data flow and documentation for live transactions.
• Create high‑impact presentations, internal papers, and investor materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to gather insights for transaction work.
• Liaise with external partners such as advisors, lenders, and investors throughout deal lifecycles.
• Monitor financial obligations and covenant compliance tied to active financing structures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and undertake ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• ACA or CFA qualified with 0‑3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Previous experience in corporate finance, transaction services, tax, transfer pricing or investment is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse qualitative information.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Financial modelling skills.
