Corporate Finance Associate – M&A Advisory

About the role
Our client, a boutique corporate finance advisory based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking an ambitious finance professional to join the team. The role focuses on advising clients on M&A transactions, capital raising and related activities.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse potential mergers and acquisition opportunities, identify targets and conduct in‑depth financial analysis and market research.
- Develop financial models and apply various valuation techniques to support investment strategy.
- Assist in the transaction due‑diligence process.
- Support deal origination and build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant and/or CFA with 0‑1 years post‑qualification experience.
- Experience in transaction services, deal advisory, restructuring, investment banking, consulting, leveraged finance or audit.
- Excellent communicator with strong commercial acumen.
