Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate

About the role

William Fry LLP is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its Corporate team as a Senior Associate or Associate. The role is full‑time and permanent, working on sophisticated and complex corporate transactions and advisory work across Ireland and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in large cross‑border deals with an Irish aspect.
• Provide legal advice to leading domestic and international corporations, financial institutions and public sector bodies.
• Draft, review and negotiate corporate documentation and agreements.
• Support clients ranging from entrepreneurs to state bodies in a variety of corporate matters.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a large, medium or boutique law firm.
• Excellent technical and drafting skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality client service.
• Commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and a flexible approach to work.
