Corporate Security Operations Lead

About the role

As a Corporate Security Operations Lead you will be the trusted presence ensuring a safe, professional and welcoming environment for clients, employees and visitors at a prestigious site in Dublin. You will work flexible Monday‑to‑Friday day shifts, coordinating security measures and responding to incidents in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Prevent and deter unauthorized access by monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV systems.
• Conduct internal and external security patrols according to assignment instructions.
• Perform routine tests of security and health‑and‑safety equipment.
• Manage keys, perform locking and unlocking duties, and oversee visitor/contractor pass issuance.
• Maintain all logbooks, records and equipment in compliance with procedures.
• Handle lost property and ensure equipment provided by the client and Securitas is properly managed.
• Regularly liaise with clients to evaluate service quality, inspect posts and initiate corrective actions.
• Participate in security planning, assessments, surveys and post‑order reviews.
