Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join the Group Tax function of an international construction group in Dublin. Reporting to the Corporate Tax Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing corporation tax compliance, planning and risk across Ireland and other jurisdictions, working in a hybrid office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and prepare corporation tax returns and calculations for the Group, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Support transfer pricing and inter‑company arrangements.
• Manage relationships with external advisors, auditors and tax authorities.
• Contribute to tax planning, budgeting and provide tax support on acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Advise internal stakeholders on tax implications of contracts and international activities.
• Monitor legislative changes, assess impact and maintain strong tax controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the tax function.

Required profile

• Post‑qualification experience in industry after training in a Big 4 tax practice.
• CTA qualification (or ACA/ACCA).
• Commercial mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Strong stakeholder management and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and drive process enhancements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
