Corporate Tax Solicitor

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international law firm in Dublin to recruit a Corporate Tax Solicitor. The successful candidate will join a growing corporate tax team that advises multinational corporations, financial institutions and private clients on a wide range of tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on cross‑border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and financing arrangements.
• Provide tax‑efficient structuring advice for business operations and investments.
• Counsel private clients on domestic and international tax and succession planning.
• Conduct detailed research on Irish and international tax legislation.
• Prepare and negotiate transaction documents from a tax perspective.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience in corporate tax.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated technical excellence in tax law.

Required skills

• Corporate tax law knowledge.
• Tax research and analysis.
• Drafting of tax‑related transaction documents.
