Course Designer & Facilitator for Training for Transformation

About the role

CBM Ireland seeks an experienced consultant to design and facilitate a "Training for Transformation" course focused on inclusivity, gender equality and solidarity. The role combines curriculum development with interactive delivery, supporting participants to build transformative leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the full course curriculum, including learning objectives, materials, and assessment tools.
• Facilitate both in‑person and online sessions, encouraging reflection on power dynamics, decolonisation, anti‑racism, anti‑ableism, feminism and localisation.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align the course with the Funding Fairer Futures Project goals (2024‑28).
• Produce post‑session reports and recommendations for ongoing inclusive practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in adult education, training design or facilitation, preferably in social‑justice or development contexts.
• Strong understanding of inclusivity, gender equality and solidarity concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within project timelines.
