Creative Producer - Mobile

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer – Mobile to shape the future of creative growth for an AI‑powered consumer product. Based in Ireland, you will build scalable creative systems, develop high‑performing acquisition campaigns and use emerging AI tools to accelerate content production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative strategies, production systems and experimentation frameworks for user acquisition.
• Build and optimise templates, workflows, mood boards and AI‑powered processes that enable rapid content creation.
• Produce static and video assets for paid campaigns using modern creative tools and generative AI platforms.
• Design and manage creative testing programmes across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit and emerging platforms.
• Define experimentation roadmaps with clear testing goals, learning cycles and performance evaluation methods.
• Analyse campaign results to identify creative patterns that improve acquisition performance and user engagement.
• Research market trends and competitor strategies to generate new creative concepts and testing opportunities.
• Collaborate with growth, design and analytics teams to scale successful campaigns and improve creative operations through automation and reusable frameworks.

Required profile

• 5 + years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, art direction, growth marketing or design roles within high‑growth consumer or technology companies.
• Strong background in performance marketing, visual storytelling and AI‑powered content creation.
• Ability to balance creativity with data‑driven decision‑making and to build scalable systems in a fast‑moving environment.
