About the role

Join Boots as a Customer Assistant and become the friendly face of our stores. Whether you are starting your first job or looking for a new challenge in retail, you will work on‑site supporting customers, operating tills, and helping behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions, offering product advice and recommending items.
• Promote in‑store offers and schemes to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable store environment, including stock displays and shop floor cleanliness.
• Operate tills efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
• Support stockroom activities such as replenishing shelves and organising inventory.
