Customer Care Agent – Insurance (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Agents to join a growing insurance company in Sandyford. The role begins in early October and involves handling customer and insurer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, post, and face‑to‑face.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class service to customers, meeting market standards.
• Continuously improve performance using KPIs and quality metrics.
• Promote positive attitudes and teamwork within the department.
• Escalate issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and contractual agreements.
• Process transactions accurately according to company procedures.
• Provide precise, accurate advice to customers at all times.
• Participate in cross‑training to develop multi‑skill capabilities.
• Study for industry exams with company support.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast‑paced call centre.
• Good PC literacy and ability to navigate insurer websites.
• Practical knowledge of personal lines insurance is desirable.
