Customer Care Associate – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

This remote position supports a global SaaS platform, providing fast, accurate, and empathetic assistance to users via email and live chat. You will be the frontline advocate, helping customers navigate the product, resolve issues, and maximize value.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high‑quality support through email and live chat across multiple product areas.
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of tickets while meeting defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• Gather customer feedback, flag recurring issues, and contribute to product improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of platform features and updates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Care, or similar roles within a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills with an empathetic approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing requests, and solve ambiguous problems.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in modern digital products and remote work dynamics.

Required skills
