Customer Care Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our friendly, collaborative team in Dublin City South. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, delivering professional and caring service while supporting the day‑to‑day administration of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide efficient service to customers and drivers.
• Update and maintain internal systems accurately.
• Coordinate vehicle administration, including motor tax processing.
• Manage fines, toll tags and fuel‑card administration.
• Prepare reports and support wider business with administrative tasks.
• Follow established processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high‑level customer service.
• Provide coverage during busy periods and staff absences.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑first attitude.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role (hospitality, retail, call centre, administration).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full, clean EU driving licence.
