Customer Operations Team Member

About the role

Join Electric Ireland’s Customer Operations team and help shape the future of energy in Ireland. You will work across a variety of activities that support customers’ energy needs while driving innovation and improving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Support delivery of team KPIs through reporting and analysis.
• Register and maintain customer accounts in the Electric Ireland database.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive process efficiency and enhance customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a customer care role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Business acumen and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent planning, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
