Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

The client is a leading supplier of premium construction materials in Ireland, serving major developers, contractors and housebuilders. They are looking for an ambitious Customer Relationship Executive to drive sales performance and strengthen relationships across the Leinster region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to maximise growth in Leinster.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring exceptional service and account development.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within residential and commercial construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, quantity surveyors, contractors and procurement professionals.
• Promote a premium portfolio of construction products and provide consultative sales support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor market activity, project pipelines and competitor developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and market intelligence.
• Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions.

Required profile

• Experience in construction materials, building products, or a related construction sales environment.
• Strong business development and account management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory effectively.
• Full, clean driving licence.
