Customer Sales Agent (Hybrid)

About the role
Easytrip is looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Sales Agent to join our team in Blanchardstown. In this hybrid role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them get the most out of Easytrip services such as tolling, parking, car wash and breakdown assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to Easytrip customers via phone, email and chat.
- Match customers with the most suitable services.
- Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Deliver excellent customer care throughout the interaction.
Required profile
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent (minimum requirement).
- Positive attitude, energy and a drive to meet targets.
- Previous experience in customer care or sales is a bonus but not essential.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM or database systems.
