About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our Galway team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering prompt and professional support across phone, email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries, queries and complaints via phone, email and chat.
• Analyse issues, propose effective solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and actions taken.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills.
• Handle escalated cases with empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑service or advisory role.
• Excellent listening, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
