Customer Service Agent

About the role

EZ Living Furniture is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join our Galway team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering high‑quality telephone and email support while representing Ireland’s largest independent furniture retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous telephone and email assistance to customers, handling inquiries and issues from first contact to resolution.
• Process repair requests, service issues, and after‑sales follow‑up, coordinating with stores and internal teams.
• Identify and escalate priority matters, ensuring timely follow‑up and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with team members to share knowledge and support one another.

Required profile

• Friendly, professional phone manner with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Reliability, commitment and a team‑spirit attitude.
