Customer Service Assistant – Ballina

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our retail team in Ballina. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, handle betting transactions, and support the shop manager in the day‑to‑day running of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily shop operations.
• Open and close the shop, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Manage cash handling, EPOS transactions and betting terminals accurately.
• Guide and motivate the shop team in the absence of senior managers.
• Maintain high presentation standards and compliance with safety and social responsibility policies.
• Promote the brand and introduce customers to multi‑channel and online offerings.

• Flexible to work a 7‑day schedule.
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy.
• Enthusiastic people‑person with a keen interest in sport and betting.
