Customer Service Assistant

About the role

The Customer Service Assistant provides essential administrative support to the International Customer Services Department, ensuring smooth communication with internal and external customers. You will handle enquiries, process orders and credit claims, and help maintain accurate records to support the delivery of healthcare products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and manage customer queries in a timely manner.
• Enter and maintain orders, process credit claims and prepare shipping documentation.
• Produce accurate reports and keep administration systems organised.
• Continuously seek improvements to processes for greater efficiency.
• Facilitate clear communication between all business functions, both internally and externally.
