Customer Service Assistant (Part‑time) – Ranelagh

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Assistant to join our Ranelagh shop. You will help deliver an outstanding experience to customers, support the shop manager in daily operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day‑to‑day shop operations.
• Open and close the shop, manage cash handling procedures and guide the team in the managers’ absence.
• Accept and process customer bets via betting terminals and the EPOS system.
• Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to multi‑channel and digital offerings.
• Maintain high shop presentation standards and ensure compliance with safety and social responsibility policies.
• Continuously look for ways to improve personal performance and shop efficiency.

• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy.
