About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened up in Davy’s Customer Service team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional and efficient service while representing the company’s brand positively.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers on all service‑related enquiries.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Process enquiries efficiently and provide a professional service.
• Represent Davy’s services and brand positively.
• Research and promote interest in the firm’s products and services.
• Gather and record accurate client details.
• Liaise with internal teams to investigate and respond to client queries.
• Assist with the client onboarding process.
• Contribute to projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Comply with risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in a business‑related discipline.
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer‑service role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Persuasive, enthusiastic and able to build rapport quickly.
• Self‑initiative, ability to meet strict deadlines and multitask.
• Organised, methodical and comfortable working as part of a team.
