Customer Service Associate – Residential Community

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Dublin team. In this role you will help manage the day‑to‑day operations of a residential property, ensuring a high‑quality experience for our residents and supporting occupancy and retention goals. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents, coordinate communication between maintenance teams and tenants, and help promote community initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the property team to deliver exceptional resident living.
- Provide front‑of‑house customer service, anticipating and exceeding resident expectations.
- Handle resident queries and complaints, following Greystar’s complaints procedure.
- Support marketing, building maintenance and tenancy administration activities.
- Assist with community events and activities.
