Customer Service Executive – Multilingual (English, French + 1)

About the role

Workhuman is looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will deliver a positive, human‑focused experience by handling inquiries via phone and email, resolving both routine and complex issues.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the voice of Workhuman, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values.
• Receive, document, and resolve customer requests, including password resets and supply‑chain disruptions.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and follow automated workflows.

Required profile

• Full fluency in English, French, and one additional European language.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to build relationships across cultures and resolve disputes effectively.
• Ambitious, hard‑working, and eager to develop a long‑term career.
