Customer Service Lawyer – Aviation

About the role

Ryanair is seeking a Customer Service (CS) Lawyer to join its growing Customer Service Legal team. The role supports the airline’s legal strategy around passenger rights and EU Regulation 261/2004, ensuring compliance while protecting the company’s interests across all operating jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation and dispute resolution in all jurisdictions where Ryanair operates.
• Represent Ryanair in court hearings and coordinate with external counsel.
• Engage with National Enforcement Bodies, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passenger‑rights legislation and disseminate guidance.
• Handle queries and escalations from internal teams, external partners, and legal bodies.
• Support Customer Service Agents with legal claims, compliance, and training.
• Prepare and manage evidence related to flight disruptions in collaboration with Operations.
• Identify and implement practical and strategic improvements to processes.

Required profile

• Strong interest in litigation, legal evidence, and aviation operations.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and capable of handling a high volume of requests.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
