Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our growing international organisation in Galway on an evening shift. This full‑time, permanent position offers a supportive environment where you can develop a career in office‑based customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Handle orders, account queries and product‑related questions.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Based in Galway or able to commute to the Briarhill office.
