Customer Service Representative – Fixed‑Term (12 months)

About the role

Join a collaborative team at TCS to deliver high‑quality support for a major pension client. You will work on‑site in Letterkenny, handling inbound and outbound communications across phone, email and digital channels, ensuring customers receive prompt and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and requests via telephone, email and digital platforms.
• Investigate issues, determine appropriate actions, and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records in business applications and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Support back‑office administration, call‑centre and service‑centre functions as required.
• Contribute to quality and customer‑feedback metrics by delivering consistent, reliable service.
