Customer Service Representative – Insurance

About the role

The successful candidate will join KennCo Underwriting Ltd’s insurance customer service team, handling policy enquiries, renewals and mid‑term adjustments. This position offers experience in customer service, retention and policy administration within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process renewals, mid‑term adjustments and post‑sale enquiries across all personal‑lines products.
• Build rapport with customers and work towards renewal retention targets.
• Maintain accurate data in the company’s relay systems.
• Respond to customer requests efficiently while delivering high‑quality service.
• Perform administrative duties with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communication and negotiation abilities.
• Positive outlook and motivated attitude.

Required skills

• APA qualification (minimum).
