Customer Service Representative

About the role

Culligan Home Ireland is looking for a customer‑focused representative to be the first point of contact for clients using its water‑treatment solutions. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling inquiries, booking services and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer calls, emails and CRM tickets with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage service bookings, product orders and coordinate van routes with field technicians.
• Update customer accounts, maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in the CRM system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Promote and upsell relevant services and products where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and Finance teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Meet individual and team KPIs for response time, resolution quality and accuracy.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in customer service or a related field.
• Experience in the water or service industry is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
