Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to deliver an excellent experience to our eFax customers. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, supporting users with login issues, account changes, technical troubleshooting, billing questions, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Verify newly signed‑up accounts and activate them in compliance with geo‑regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promptly escalate any issues or complaints.
• Retain existing customers by addressing cancellation requests and resolving concerns.
• Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries, payment collection, and payment method updates.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Log inbound and outbound calls accurately, tracking details in company systems.
• Learn and apply information to solve customer problems effectively.
• Provide regular feedback and suggestions for process improvements to the team supervisor.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic attitude.
• Prior customer service experience; call‑center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple inquiries.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow compliance guidelines.
• Willingness to learn company systems and continuously improve service quality.
