Customer Service Representative

About the role

Panda is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join its busy call centre in Dublin. You will be the first point of contact for residential and commercial customers, helping them with enquiries, issues and information about Panda’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and route customers to the appropriate department.
• Provide accurate information on services, accounts and billing.
• Handle customer queries, requests and complaints efficiently.
• Process customer requests through internal systems.
• Make outbound courtesy calls to follow up on issues.
• Maintain clear records of all interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems promptly.
• Support the team in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to a positive culture.

Required profile

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Confident phone communicator, professional and empathetic.
• Customer‑focused and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work flexibly across team needs.
