About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Codex’s growing team in Ireland. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, acting as an advocate for our customers and helping to deliver a best‑in‑class service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, quotes and post‑sales support.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues.
- Meet or exceed departmental KPIs such as email closure rate, contact evaluations, CSAT and CES.
- Follow company communication guidelines and procedures.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
- Ability to solve problems, manage conflicts and know when to escalate.
- Effective time‑management and prioritisation skills.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
