Customer Service Representative – Onsite in Shannon

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused representative to join our onsite team in Shannon. The role combines order management, inside‑sales administration and pre‑ and post‑sale support, acting as the main point of contact for customers, distributors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and web support for order status, lead times, shipment tracking, return authorisations and issue resolution.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and regional support duties.
• Assist with invoicing and account‑related queries.
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Engineering and Technical Support to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Engineering to meet delivery requirements.
• Handle returns, repairs, restocking and service coordination.
• Accurately process and maintain customer data, sales orders, invoices, agreements and registrations.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement and process‑enhancement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or similar support role (advantageous).
• Direct experience dealing with customers is essential.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Basic technical understanding.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage pressure.
