About the role

We are seeking seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our Head Office team in Galway. The role involves delivering high‑quality support to shoppers across phone and email, helping them with product queries and order issues while representing a leading European toy retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service via phone and email, adhering to company procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries using product knowledge and system tools.
• Maintain accurate records and administrative support as needed.
• Uphold data protection and confidentiality standards.
• Meet daily performance targets set by management.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve high satisfaction scores.

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
