Customer Services Representative – Italian Speaker

About the role

Join Marriott International's Cork Customer Experience Centre as a multilingual Customer Services Representative who speaks Italian. You will assist guests from around the world with reservation enquiries, loyalty queries and general property information, helping to create seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound contacts across multiple Marriott brands via phone, email or chat.
• Process reservation requests, manage special booking rules and loyalty program inquiries.
• Apply sales techniques to identify guest needs and maximise revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, case‑management procedures and data‑privacy standards.
• Collaborate with Marriott properties, internal teams and third‑party partners to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Problem‑solver mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
