Customer Services Representative - Spanish Speaker

About the role

Marriott International’s Cork Customer Experience Centre is looking for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Services Representative to join a multicultural team. You will interact with guests worldwide, helping them with reservations, loyalty queries and general information about Marriott properties.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries via phone, email or chat about property facilities, services and room options.
• Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer‑care issues.
• Identify guest needs, apply sales techniques and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with special booking rules, loyalty guidelines and case‑management procedures.
• Provide issue‑resolution assistance and maintain clear communication with Marriott properties, internal contacts and third‑party partners.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Problem‑solver attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Adaptable, comfortable working in a diverse, fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated to grow within a global hospitality brand.
