About the role

We are seeking a Customer Specialist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will assign writing and editing tasks to the models, measure their progress, and ensure the quality of their outputs.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments.
  • Evaluate the outputs for correctness, logic, and performance.
  • Measure progress of AI models and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for content produced by the models.

Required profile

  • Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
  • Preferably holding a current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Full-time or part-time remote work.
    • Ability to choose projects and set your own schedule.
    • Hourly pay of $25-$30 with bonuses for high-quality, high-volume work.
    • Payments processed via PayPal, handling any currency conversion.
    • Independent contract position for applicants based in Ireland.
