Customer Success Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to train and improve AI chatbots. You will measure model progress, evaluate logic, and solve problems to enhance the quality of each AI model. Strong writing, editing, and content development skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness, performance, and brand alignment.
• Identify issues, provide feedback, and help refine model behavior.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is a plus.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
