Customer Support Associate – French Speaking

About the role

Join a vibrant, multinational Customer Interaction Centre supporting SAP customers worldwide. This 12‑month contract position in Galway offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to deliver high‑quality assistance through calls, emails and chats while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails and chats, ensuring professional and courteous interactions.
• Analyse non‑technical queries, research solutions and provide clear, understandable answers.
• Assess the commercial impact of technical issues on customers' business processes.
• Guide customers in using support portals, downloading software and managing license keys.
• Work closely with SAP teams across different regions to achieve timely case resolution.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and able to multitask under pressure.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekend shifts (approximately one day per quarter) and Bank Holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level) with excellent communication abilities.
