Customer Support Representative (French)

About the role

Cook is seeking a Customer Support Representative 1 who is fluent in French to provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to customers and sales teams across EMEA. You will be the primary point of contact for order processing, inquiries, and product issues, ensuring a high‑quality experience that reflects Cook’s commitment to patient care and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and transactions accurately using Cook’s internal systems, adhering to departmental guidelines and quality standards.
• Handle customer queries and product complaints, logging all interactions and providing timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with courier services and internal teams to ensure prompt delivery and manage urgent or emergency orders.
• Maintain and update customer data, promote the use of the Customer Portal, and record feedback for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with field‑based teams and other stakeholders to support seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
