Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our partner’s team in Ireland. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights, supporting business decisions through dashboards, reporting automation and AI‑enhanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports using modern visualization tools.
• Analyse operational, sales, recruiting and financial data to identify trends and performance insights.
• Develop scalable reporting systems, data models and KPI frameworks.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
• Create cloud‑based workflows and automation processes to streamline reporting.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and automate workflows.
• Perform SQL‑based data extraction, transformation, validation and reporting.
• Support API integrations and troubleshoot data connectivity issues.
• Document reporting processes, technical workflows and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with a passion for data‑driven problem solving.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
