Data Analyst

About the role

Holafly is looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will support multiple business units by creating visualisations, delivering training on BI tools, and advising on data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyse and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
• Design and maintain visualisations, reports and dashboards for diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on Business Intelligence tools.
• Provide expert guidance on leveraging data to answer key business questions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, accessibility and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimisation.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging BI trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
