Data Analyst – Reporting & Dashboard Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst to join our team and turn raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to design, build, and maintain reporting solutions that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights and communicate findings.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Write SQL queries to extract, transform and manipulate data sets.
• Present analytical results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance summaries.
• Support business teams with ad‑hoc data analysis requests.

Required profile

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
