Deli Assistant – Full‑Time, Flexible Hours

About the role

Corrib Oil is looking for a motivated Deli Assistant to join its service‑station team in Roscommon. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, preparing and serving high‑quality food while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and chilled products efficiently.
• Manage daily kitchen operations under the direction of the Deli Manager.
• Maintain stock levels, portion control and accurate inventory records.
• Ensure the work area and equipment meet HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Promote the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme to every customer.
• Carry out deli checks as trained and uphold quality standards.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
